Tuckahoe Little League Challenger Division
The Little League Challenger Division® was founded in 1989, and is Little
League’s adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and
intellectual challenges.
Tuckahoe Little League fully supports this division at no cost
to families and their players.
Tuckahoe Little League started their Challenger Division in 1990 with a
handful of players and a dream of giving every child between the ages of 5 and
18 (or completion of High School) the opportunity to play baseball. Tuckahoe
Little League was the first league in District 5 to start a Challenger Division. Tuckahoe League provides Inter-league games
with the four other Challenger Divisions within District 5 enable our
teenage team to travel to Ashland, Chesterfield, Huguenot and Mechanicsville.
Tuckahoe Little League Challenger players have attended the Jake Hardison Memorial Challenger Jamboree
each year since 1994.
If you have a child or know of a child with a disability that would enjoy the
opportunity to play on a team, give us a email our Challenger Director: Brian Liso!
